Boring Blog Stats – November 2009
December 3, 2009 Leave a Comment
Since I’m the only person who reads Boring Blog Stats, I could say pretty much whatever I liked, and go unchallenged. I think that all chimps should be dyed blue and sold to pirates. See? Anyway, let’s get on with the blog stats.
In October, the figures were:
The World of Sherby57 – Total hits =889, average hits per day = 28.7
Pour Some Gravy On Me – Total hits =1216 , average hits per day = 39.2
In November, they were;
Sherby57 – Total hits = 825, average hits per day = 27.5
PSGOM – Total hits = 1561, average hits per day = 52.0
So, November has seen the first decrease in the amount of hits to Sherby57, but PSGOM has improved again. Half well done me. It’s quite satisfying to average over 50 hits a day – even though it’s a totally arbitrary number.
Top Posts for the Month
Sherby57 -
Genetic Engineering – Has It Gone Too Far? – 140 hits
Geordie Jokes – 72 hits
Sexy Lamb – 60 hits
PSGOM -
Sex Sells: The Mr Banana Penis Story – 86 hits
The X Factor Finals: Week 7 – 43 hits
Stuff I Watched: 29th Oct – 3rd Nov 2009 – 36 hits
X Factor News (of the World) – 36 hits
The Sherby57 top 3 seems to be pretty much a closed shop, with the numbers for the top two being remarkably consistent with last month (138 & 72 respectively). PSGOM continues to have some variance, other than the terrible Sex Sells. I really regret writing it, there’s no pleasure in getting false hits. The X Factor continues to be a decent hit-grabber for me, what am I going to do when it has finished?
Top Posts of all time (so far)

The X Factor Finals: Week 3 – 91 hits

Yet again, the Sherby57 posts have a very familiar look to them. It’s getting a bit boring now – I really need a plan to try and shake it up a bit. PSGOM has a couple of new kids of the block, and it’s really nice to see them.
I’m not going to make any predictions on how I’ll do next month, but please visit again!
